Tasting: Cuvée des 3 Messes Basses
Variety: Rosé
Region: Rhône
Country: France
Year: 2017
Price: $12.99
Winery Review: Clean fruity and floral bouquet with hint of acid drop when aerated. A fresh and fleshy dry rosé with a crisp mouth, supple and light, with expressive perfumes of red fruits and berries.
My Review: The winery notes I think were right on the nose of the flavors of the wine. It was extremely crisp, sweet but not too sweet, and a little bit dry. It was full of aromas such as strawberry and raspberry, but also with strong floral notes such as rose and hibiscus. The acidity balanced well with the tannins, the body was light and very refreshing.
